Our original database system "BI-Mode" (Patent Pending) has been released after its long testing period. BI-Mode is basically a high-level supply chain system that will bring both effectiveness and efficiency to all the companies involved. (Not like EDI where only the end-user gets the advantage) It only requires a web interface, so there are no special equipments required.

The Customer Service Database has been renewed. Not only does it track the sales history, it also keeps record of "unsuccessful" quotes, and various analytical tools that would greatly contribute to an increase in sales.
A new interface has also been added to track and manage the progress of sales proposals. For important information, the e-mail alert system will timely notify the respective person-in-charge without looking into the system.
